⚖ GDPR
article 6 compliant
🕐 5 years
retention (Bogføringsloven)

When the cashier creates a ticket, a wait screen appears with a QR code and the customer's phone (or your in-shop tablet) opens the terms page. The customer reads the servicevilkår, signs with their finger, and the receipt automatically prints — all without a single sheet of paper.

The signature is stored as SVG on the ticket alongside the exact terms snapshot the customer accepted, the timestamp, and the IP address. GDPR article 6 stk. 1 lit. b + f are cited on the default template, and the Bogføringslov §12 5-year retention is enforced automatically.

You edit the template once (with placeholders for shop name, device model, ticket number and customer). Every future intake uses that version. If a customer refuses to sign, the cashier can bypass with a written reason (audit trail preserved) — perfect for phone-in bookings or elderly customers who prefer paper.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a tablet?
No — the customer can sign on their own phone via the QR code. A cheap Android tablet just makes it faster in-store.
What if the customer refuses?
Cashier can bypass with a written reason. Audit log flags it as bypassed, not signed.
Can I edit the terms?
Yes — full HTML editor. Placeholders for shop name, device, ticket number auto-fill.
