The repair-shop operating system

Not a plugin.
A platform.

Booking, POS, tickets, invoicing, webshop, website — under one login. Built for the shop that outgrew a $5/mo WordPress plugin and doesn’t want a Frankenstein of five SaaS subscriptions.

01 / The problem

Your shop runs on five different tools.

Booking widget on WordPress. POS from Square. Ticketing in a spreadsheet. Invoices in an accounting SaaS. SMS in a fourth app. Every one of them wants a monthly subscription and none of them talk to each other.

Today · fragmented

  • Booking plugin~€25
  • Website hosting + upkeep~€20
  • POS (per terminal)~€55
  • Ticketing / CRM~€35
  • SMS + email marketing~€15

With a1RepairFlow

Everything above — plus a webshop, customer portal, multi-branch, dispatch, analytics, and Danish support — under one login and one invoice.

02 / The fix

One dashboard for the whole shop.

Three sides of a repair shop, one connected data model. Sell a part in POS and it decrements from inventory. Book a repair online and the ticket is waiting when the customer walks in. Send a receipt and the customer record updates itself.

Sell

Point of sale

Terminal that talks to your inventory, your webshop, and your customer records — not a generic Square/Lightspeed workaround.

  • POS + printed / emailed receipt
  • Parts inventory that syncs

04 / Platform vs plugin

Beyond a booking widget.

Where we sit relative to what else is on the market. A booking plugin is fine if you only need a form on a WordPress site. If you want to actually run a shop from one dashboard, the plugins run out of runway quickly — and the legacy shop-management tools weren’t built for Nordic invoicing.

05 / How it looks

A tour of the working parts.

Three of the sixteen tools. No stock photography, no marketing dashboards — this is what your team actually sees.

01 · Ticketing

Every repair, from booking to pickup, in one place.

A booking online turns into a ticket automatically. Your tech picks it up on their mobile, adds diagnostic notes, marks parts used. The customer gets an SMS when it’s ready. No spreadsheets. No forgotten devices at the bottom of a drawer.

  • Auto-numbering per branch
  • Time-on-bench tracking
  • Photo attachments (before/after)
  • Signature capture at pickup

02 · Point of sale

Sell a part, book a repair, print a receipt — from one screen.

Not a generic Square terminal shoehorned into a repair shop. Every transaction ties to the customer record, decrements inventory, and (for repairs) closes the ticket in one tap.

  • Split payments & refunds
  • Card + Klarna + gift card + cash
  • SumUp / Stripe / iZettle integration

03 · Customer portal

Customers check status themselves. Your phone stops ringing.

Every repair gets a unique portal URL. Customers see live status, estimated pickup time, uploaded photos of the damage, and can accept quotes with one click. It’s the #1 reason support calls drop after switching.

  • Zero login required (magic-link URL)
  • Quote accept/decline in-line
  • Downloadable invoice + warranty
  • Shop-branded, custom domain optional

06 / What shop owners say

Built for shops the others left behind.

The three types of shop we hear from most: a chain switching off a legacy shop-management tool, a WordPress-plugin user growing out of it, and a brand-new shop starting on the right stack.

We moved off our old US shop-management tool after a price hike. Migration was three hours, saved us €120/month, and the Danish invoicing works properly — Nordic VAT was the reason we couldn’t stay.

Umer Ahmed Owner · PCIT Service, Rødovre

The customer portal alone was worth it. Support calls dropped 60% in the first month because customers can see status without ringing us.

Mobildoc Denmark 3-branch phone repair chain

Opened our shop last spring and picked a1RepairFlow before day one. Booking, POS, website, invoicing — all under one login from the start. Wouldn’t know how to run it any other way now.

08 / FAQ

The questions we keep hearing.

How is this different from a WordPress booking plugin?

Plugins do one thing (usually just booking) and hand you off to something else for POS, tickets, invoicing. a1RepairFlow replaces the whole stack — booking, POS, tickets, invoicing, webshop, website — under one login with a shared data model. Your booking becomes a ticket, becomes an invoice, becomes a customer record. Nothing needs to sync.

Can I migrate from my current software?

Yes. We built a CSV importer for customers, tickets, and inventory. For Pro/Enterprise plans we do the migration for you as part of onboarding — typically 2–4 hours. Your existing data (customer history, past repairs, invoices) comes across intact from most repair-shop tools.

What about Danish VAT / e-conomic / Dinero integration?

Built in. Invoices are VAT-compliant for DK/SE/NO out of the box. e-conomic sync ships on Pro. Dinero integration is on the roadmap for Q4.

Does the POS work with my thermal printer / cash drawer?

Yes. We support the CITIZEN CT-E651 (72mm) natively via a Mac silent-print daemon, plus Star, Epson, and Bixolon over network. Cash drawers open on receipt print via the printer’s kick pin.

Is the website builder as good as WordPress?

For a repair shop’s needs — pages, services, booking, blog, contact — yes, and it’s built to rank on Google out of the box (schema markup, sitemap, page speed). If you have a very custom design or 50+ pages of content, keep WordPress and use our embed widgets instead.

Who owns the customer data?

You do. Full CSV export of everything, any time. GDPR-compliant, data hosted in the EU (Frankfurt). If you leave, you leave with a complete copy.

What’s support like?

Email support on Starter, priority + Slack channel on Pro. For the first six months on any paid plan, I (Umer, the founder) am in your inbox personally. When you outgrow that, our Danish support team takes over.

Can I try before paying?

Yes — 30 days free, no credit card. If you’re migrating from another system, we’ll extend that to cover the transition.

Move your shop off the Frankenstein stack.

One login. One bill. One data model. 30 days to see if it’s the right fit — no card, nothing to cancel.
